When buying a Tilly Goldsmith Designs handmade piece, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listed information before making a commitment to buy it. The items on display on this website are all bespoke handmade knitwear items designed and produced by Tilly Goldsmith.

Legal Matters and Copyright  

We ask that you do not use, sell or supply any of the items purchased from Tilly Goldsmith Designs in an unlawful manner, or you’re your own commercial gain. All images and content on this website have been produced by us and cannot be used by you. All knitwear designs on display are created and made by Tilly Goldsmith Designs. They are unique items and subject to copyright. You are prohibited from copying or reproducing any of the knitwear items on display for personal or commercial use and legal action will be taken if there is evidence of infringement of design copyright. Subject to application.

Governing Law  

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.  

Dispute Resolution  

To expedite the resolution of any dispute that may arise related to these terms and conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute for 30 days before any legal action is taken. This period can be extended by agreement between the parties in writing.  

Shipping & Returns 

Return Policy

All products on this site are non-refundable. Items cannot be exchanged or returned for site credit. Unless otherwise stated, all products are made-to-order and go through a quality control check before being sent.

Shipping

As all the products are handmade the items produced are on a made-to-order basis and will be shipped within 3 weeks.

All items are made in the UK.
